The great recession truly brought so much chaos in the lives of the American people these past few years. A lot of the country’s major companies closed and thousands lost their precious jobs. The nation who used to live in prosperity was left with no choice but to adjust and make use of what’s left. Some were lucky enough to keep their job but others just make use of the unemployment benefits given by the government for the mean time. There were some who were able to find a job after several months of waiting. Worst thing happened to those who are still hoping for an unemployment extension because sad to say, up to this time there isn’t a job available for them.
Just this week, the president of the rumored rising country China, Hu Jintao visited USA. Along with this visit are several deals for the American businessmen. A conference was conducted in the White House wherein President Hu, President Obama and America’s leading CEO’s gathered together for a multi billion worth of business transactions. Among the CEO’s were Steve Ballmer of Microsoft, Lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs, Jeff Immelt of General Electric and Jim McNerney of Boeing.
Boeing planes were reported to be sold to China while there are business deals for GE in the aspect of energy, rail and aviation. This would generate thousands of jobs that would answer the prayers of the jobless Americans. Beijing just approved $45 billion in new contracts for U.S. companies to export goods to China which will support an estimated 235,000 American jobs.
The long wait is finally over. UFC fans all over the world would finally witness the the display of mixed martial arts skills as UFC 124 takes place this weekend. It would be held live at Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec , Canada. It would be featuring the championship fight in the Welterweight division wherein the Canadian and the famous Georges St. Pierre (GSP) will defend his belt against the American Josh Koscheck.
